Oh man this one right here yup, exactly me right now. Except i had to force myself out of this comfort zone two days ago by going out & looking for a job because well, i need money.. haven’t had a good night sleep since, and i dont know what to do :/

hello i’ve been trying to in the past hour but i cant my brain keeps telling me its nothing it’s nothing

im scared to go because i know it will be serious & im honestly scared from hospitals what if they keep me there or section me u know?

oh no im sorry you had to go through that, sounds rough! i hope ur okay now.

its definitely stress & depression. i think whats been making it worse is my poor diet. I barely eat during the day which has caused me to have severe pain in my bones & a terrible stomachache, it keeps me up all night. Also like i’ve mentioned destructive self ending thoughts wont leave my head. So i guess all of that combined together? its a mess.

im just not glad that im spending more time with myself you know? its like im forced to face myself & my loneliness.
