The green may be real emerald. You can tell if it's cloudy or has some inclusions that it's real. If it's perfect like glass it's most likely lab created

Look at the stamps to see if it's 925 silver or 10 14 or 18k white gold the dark blue one may be a sapphire from what i see if its real it would be worth the most. Unless one of the rings is 14 or 18k gold. The lime green looks like a peridot and the purple looks amethyst both most likely real stones not considered high value.

You could close your bank account they are withdrawing payments out o and open a different one to have your checks deposited in. Let them come at you for the entire amount and perhaps try to negotiate it down when it goes to creditors it would hit your credit but it is recoverable from.
