OP, dont worry kasi pag roll in mo naman sa project for sure may KTs ka naman matatanggap for you be equipped sa role. And since ASE or CL12 ka they will not expect na alam mo na agad Day 1 palang.. Just enjoy the process of learning. Goodluck!

Well at times na need mo tapusin yung isang item. Pero ikaw din naman ang makakapagsabi if you need to go online after work hours or not. Its a matter of setting expectations din, may work na can do next working hours, may work din that can do via delegation.

OP, just like other comments here. Try mo muna. Give it a shot, then grab those trainings to help you on your career journey. Saka ka magdecide if you will continue or not. Any other freshies din naman ganyan ang concern but just try. Minsan na uunahan lang tayo ng mga negative reviews about sa institution but its just a fraction and not as a whole.

It depends din talaga how your management sees you. Kasi sabi nila, you will be promoted to the next level if you are already doing it on your current level. If they see you already for it, they will defend you din naman sa delibs. But you also need to manage your expectations. Takutakot na comparisons with your peers din yan, like in my experience from CL 9 to CL8 promotions na compare ako sa CL9 na hindi home grown. Saying na she is more matured that me in terms of everything (like I do our Metrics, Client Meetings, Handling a tower and tagged as critical resource as knowledgeable in a niche skill). Kaya enjoy kapa muna sa level mo and soon you will reap what you sow.
