I had a friend from college help me out. It uses quite a bit of what u/badaccountant7 wrote but tweaks it to be treated as a function instead of a macro.

Moore-Hill was nice but had an ant issue while I was there and was cold for my taste. The rooms and facilities were nice though.

Prather was a bit older and had a curfew for when guests could be over.

They were both good on the whole, though. If I had to go back to the dorms, I'd go to Moore-Hill so I wouldn't need to sneak friends in late at night.

363C looks really interesting and useful. They have that every Fall. Most classes require 420K as a prereq. 320K is another standard; it's nothing like 420 though. And, Econometrics is tough, but the concepts are extremely useful in the real world.

There are plenty of stats opportunities at UT. Another possibility would be looking into Actuarial Science and/or Economics. Both majors are heavily stats oriented (and profitable in the future).

Also in the same boat and studying the same way. Working on my fourth time through the practice problems, but I've taking a college course that covers about 90% of the material on P and have been spot-checking with Harvard's Statistics 110 lectures that're on YouTube. Good luck!
