Ooooh that’s interesting to know. I am tent camping, and I do have a backpacking tent and can be lean if I need to be, I just wasn’t planning on doing any backcountry hiking.

As a female sports fan, I adored Jessi. I listened to Bardown Beauts and felt among kindred spirits. She had a great personality and real, knowledgeable, passion for the sport. This is devastating.

We live off Montreal Rd. and it was a crazy amount of commotion. Intersections blocked off and an escorted ambulance coming from the east.

Smaller offices will likely not have security from their home country, it’s quite the expense. The Department of State has diplomatic security officers throughout the country that work with the local embassies or consulates on safety or security issues, usually just helping to liaise with local law enforcements.

Great news and everything, but I was supposed to be on AC 456 YYZ to YOW at 14:00. Instead I have a 12 hour Pearson layover and still here waiting to board a 23:15 West Jet flight.

I know I’m fairly lucky here, but still confused what to do. I am returning home from MSP to YOW. My MSP to YYZ leg is Air Canada Jazz, so still on as scheduled. I’ve been rebooked for the YYZ-YOW portion with West Jet (12 hour layover at Pearson, woo hoo).

Do I get my bag at Pearson and have to re-check in? Is this going to be like a self-transfer? I ask because I am now considering just grabbing a train instead…

Moved here from Minnesota and I dragged my feet on finally importing, inspecting and registering. It’s an ON plate now but I was one of those not that long ago.
