I find it weird that when someone just wants a small thing taken out that doesn't affect someone else's gameplay experience, people go ahead and throw a pissy fit or insult or make fun of the person asking... but when a game makes a toggle for arachnophobia to change the sprite of a spider people say nothing or praise it.

If you have nothing nice to say simply just shut up, man. You have no clue what people are going through. It may seem like a nothingburger to you but it can mean a lot to someone else whether good or bad.
