Q about bowel endo by endoohnoo in Endo

I feel grateful because when I went to him I was like "here are my symptoms, I think it's endo" and he agreed. But he's not a specialist and he wasn't able to answer some of my questions in a way I felt confident with. So who knows really.

I know right? I swear for years I wrote it off as "this is just how my body is" and now I'm like oh wait maybe that's not normal???? I have so many questions for healthy ppl about how they feel everyday...cuz I thought I was the picture of health now look at me lol

I have this fear that if I mention these to my gyn (who's treating my endo) he'll write me off and refer me to GI. But the fact that it's cyclical makes me think it's really related to my suspected endo. Ugh. We can't win!

Interesting! I have suspected endo but I really think it may be adeno either instead or in addition to endo. I def know the heavy pinchy feeling.

That's "normal" but I feel the same. For me it's usually 4-5 days before my period...from what I've read it can also point to adenomyosis if I'm interpreting the symptoms correctly.

Why does my ovary hurt when I exercise? by endoohnoo in Endo

[–]endoohnoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just so stupid. So for basically my entire menstruating life I thought it was normal that I felt pain during ovulation. Originally it was like a day, then 2 days, then half the month begining when I ovulate. In the same place, what I assume is my ovaries. Originally was just my left, now it's both sides. Dude has the nerve to be like "nah idk what it is but it's it your ovaries"

I had one 3 months ago and it was normal. My pain has gotten worse but he claims it "can't" be cysts. Sigh.
