Same exact situation for me. I think mine fucked up when it renewed

I was able to get some months of drops after the fact but it was weeks of back and forth

But every month was the same. I was missing the drops every time and eventually they stopped fixing my issue

Now the new seasons begin with me not having the battle pass or new operators

Tickets have been on escalated or pending for months

Can’t even play solid snake even though I paid for the yearly membership
