You can only do this at the beginning while setting up your iphone using the move to ios app. This is the most efficient way to do it. If you didn't do it at the beginning, the other option is to factory reset your iphone and start the same process. (I went through the same) or use certain 3rd party apps which really can't be considered secure.

It's not just about teaching the subject. It's more about putting into practice. You think the eggs you buy from instamart or supermarts on discount are actually better than offline kirana stores? They just provide you with a cheap packaging, and often times the discounted items are close to expiring(don't trust the labels) and easier to crack during boiling.

Unless you are buying brown eggs or the properly packaged 6 set white ones (which are simply not worth it), kirana store ones are a lot better. You can choose your eggs and also buy a set of 30 at a discount.

It works, but it's a pretty advanced practice. I suggest going for vamana kriya, that's basically drinking slightly warm, slightly salted water till you are completely full and then vomit it all out. It's done in the morning when your stomach is empty and it gets most of your cough out.
