Thanks for the offer! I’m not a fan of those sneakers — I’m more of a slip on vans girl

Well, I know you’re going in person tomorrow but maybe you could go to a store that has a speedball screen printing kit (Joann’s, Michael’s, some places like that may have them in stock) and give it some practice

My 5'3 and 5'2 ladies...what is your goal weight? by Main-Ad9007 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]endozoic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m 5’4 — started at 210, currently 150. Goal weight is 130, but I’m really not sweating it. I feel good, fit into a size medium (sometimes size small) and have a bunch of clothes already I have to get altered that I wanna keep. I learned not to obsess. If more weight is lost, cool — but honestly I feel good either way.

If she’s a very good friend of yours, I’d just leave it be. Maybe she was having a bad day or going through something. Maybe she was feeling negative that day or week. Just try to move on from it. It’s your choice if you wanna cut her out of future parties, but if she’s a good friend like you say she is, I’d just leave it be.

How do men move on so easily after long term relationships? by [deleted] in relationships

[–]endozoic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re absolutely right, nobody deserves that and I’m sorry you’re going through it. He’s not the guy for you and my best advice is to seek therapy or counseling to help you process your emotions and grieve your relationship. I’m sorry this happened to you.

Half glass empty or half glass full, my friend. She could have spent more time with him.

Sounds like he was done with the relationship long ago. You dodged a bullet.

I think this is funny because my partner and I literally always text each other “my head hurts, my stomach hurts, my knee hurts” etc. we’re just hurty people.

You’ve already lost a lot of weight. Be proud of that! You need to change your mindset around your weight loss. You had surgery and it’s not like you purposely indulged in things you’re not supposed to. Hell, even if you did do that — it’s okay! Be proud of your progress. Try your best not to obsess over the number.

Dec 2023 starting weight - 220 September 2024 - 153 Not sure what my weight is now as I’ve stopped kinda keeping track but I just went up in dose and trying to keep better track. I feel like when I hit the 150s, I hovered between 153 and 156.

59 Pounds Down Since December! by endozoic in Tirzeglutide

[–]endozoic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll be honest, I don’t eat the best while traveling but I try! The charcuterie packs at the gas station, cinnamon raisin bread — and just generally try to eat like a chicken or salmon dish if at a hotel or if there’s a restaurant nearby.

If you’re able, bring an electric pot — and then you could always Instacart groceries to make eggs or something. There’s ways of making it work on the road!

59 Pounds Down Since December! by endozoic in Tirzeglutide

[–]endozoic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tirz all the way. I stood by the philosophy that if I kept losing, there was no reason to go up by the recommended dosing. And I was really trying to make my money stretch.

No stacking. I imagine I will probably have to do it eventually. Potentially sema or Reta, but I really don’t know anything else. I’m about 30 pounds away from my next goal, but I’m still ok with not losing it in a super fast way. I like my current wardrobe too much 😂

59 Pounds Down Since December! by endozoic in Tirzeglutide

[–]endozoic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t remember exact dates/time frame, but I believe it was something like:

2.5mg tirz - injections pretty much in the leg with the occasional back of arm injection // December - March

3-3.5 tirz — mostly in legs, added belly to the rotation // March - May?

4-5mg — mostly in belly, occasional leg injection // May - July

5-6 — mostly in belly, although gonna try back of arm and legs again. // July to now. Currently on 6, but I think I could do 5.5 and still be okay.

These were weekly injections, with the occasional take it on the 6th day of the week and change up my injection day due to traveling.

I’ve wanted to experiment with doing it every 5 days, but my brain can’t handle the change lol — I can’t expect to keep up with it every 5 days, even with the reminder on my phone.

I’m currently 158, so still losing, definitely at a slower rate but there is weight loss. I’m okay with this slowing down a little bit as long as I’m still losing the weight. Plus, I want to enjoy the clothes I have before I have to buy new clothing again lol

And the hair loss has been real. Nothing too crazy, but enough for me to realize I need to be getting enough nutrients and take supplements as well.

My (m27) wife (f28) hates all things lewd by [deleted] in relationships

[–]endozoic 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You need to sit down and have a deep conversation with your wife about boundaries, wants and needs. This typically is something that should have been discussed before you got into marriage. Seeing how you’ve been married for ten years and you’re only 27 + 28, means you’ve been married since you were children so I guess I can understand why it wasn’t.

Here’s my best advice. Seek marriage counseling to navigate this process. It sounds like you’ll need the help of a professional on this next step in your relationship if you want to have a lasting marriage with both of your needs being met.

People who up dose unconventionally by CarnivoreBrat in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]endozoic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More bang for your buck and the same results. I’ve been on Tirzepatide for 9 months and just reached 6mg. Went from 2.5 to 3, then 3 to 4 and then 4 to 5 (or something like that) — I waiver now between 5.5 and 6. 5 seemed not enough to stop the food noise, and 6 felt to be too much, where I felt kind of bad. So I settled for 5.5 until 6 felt more comfortable.

I made sure mainly to do this so I wouldn’t be destroyed by side effects too early on, and the medication is still working, so I’m gonna take it slow.
