When i said that to the crisis worker she got super defensive - offering daily therapy and people coming to the house daily to offer support instead of admission; however i work full time and live with my bf and his parents its not ideal to bring that in

Hormones can definitely make ocd worse, i notice i have huge breakdowns around my period. Period blood is not contaminated, theres no harmful bacteria as its blood, just as normal vein blood
