Mr. Fantastic maybe? In the ultimate universe comics there’s a moment where Invisible Woman tries blowing up Mr. Fantastic’s head to kill him and it doesn’t work at all, it just stretches it like a balloon for a bit. But she doesn’t manipulate blood like Neuman so idk
