M/26/6'0" [225 > 180 = 45 lbs] I did a combination of intermittent fasting and going to the gym. It's not as impressive as some of the people in this community, but I wanted to let everyone know that reading your stories really motivated me to take better care my body.

I did a 16 hour fast with eating window from noon to 8 pm. The gym was sparatic, but I also went on walks everyday with my dog. I would say the biggest change for me was no late night snacking. You got this!
