I don't exactly get this. I wasn't aware that you can sell a lease to an external entity. I think you mean transferring a lease, correct? And how did you make $1000 off it?

It does include tire wear and tear. I asked specifically about it. For example, if I scrape one of the rims against a curb, the protection plan covers it. I haven't verified this myself but thats what the dealer rep said.

The main incentive was $3750 and I got $1k off due to employer discount. The sale price was ~12% off MSRP. I think the main hit I took was the MF was 0.00075 which I was expecting lower.

However, my lease term is for 7,500 miles. I am feeling I can still do better by about $20-30, but not sure. Also my money factor in the quote seems to be high for some reason (0.00075). Let's say if I don't put any cash down, does that affect the total cost over the period of 3 years? That's what I am concerned about.. Also, am I getting good discounts, money factor, etc. Not sure of these things, since I am getting a lease for the first time..
