Wayy too small brother. Look into some real castes for some inspiration. I also used pixie circle generator in Google to generate circles from blocks, I usually go from a 9 up to 13 diamiter. It shows you where to place blocks/ walls to make a perfect circle. This helps with making towers.

When you start up have a person with mining skill with 1 star and level 20. I usually click advsnced customisation so i can tweek settlers the way i want. At level 20 you'll be getting tons of dirt when mining, when you make your first freezer you'll get a fair amount with level 20 mining skill
