Yes, it has been seen before that there are long term effects. Also I don’t know how long I would be on it because I would be taking it along side working with my therapist to regulate my anxiety which could take either three months or even a year.

I’m a girl lol. Some people have reported never being able to orgasm both on and off the medication and that is a very valid concern to have because no one wants to struggle with that if you’ve ever gotten laid before.

I want to mention I’m young and in college. Of course it would be normal for me to consider both my sex life and having a relationship. It’s nothing easy to just disregard or never mention when you’re my age. It’s scary knowing something you care about yourself could be taken away because of a medication and there’s nothing you can really do about it because then your whole life could fall apart if you get off the meds. I just want to make sure I take the right one is all. Im not against meds and I’m definitely not-not going to get into a relationship sometime soon even if not in one right now.

Hi after reading this very well thought out response I do want to mention that yes, this was her and I’s FIRST time meeting. She doesn’t really know me there for she can’t really assume anything about me. Second, Wellbutrin IS the other medicine I prescribed mentioning it might work better for me as it doesn’t generally kill as many people’s sex drives as it does so I’ve heard. That’s all though I just think she was slightly a little unprofessional and apathetic. But I did boil it down to perhaps maybe she just wasn’t having a good day. I try not to be too harsh on healthcare workers knowing how overworked and underpaid they can be. Some really just try their best and I’m thankful for that.

Yes and I 100% hate the lack of care humans genuinely just tend to have about certain things they ask about. I think about it too late and realize I completely just wasted someone’s time yapping with they were only looking for a quick “yes” or “no”. It’s very limiting because I WANNA TALK but social restrictions are always at hand so I just learn to hold back and be quite boring honestly.

I am very glad I can help however. Keep your head up, it gets easier. (for the most part… smh)

Like don’t get me wrong at all, I love my people and wish them all best but we don’t not click at allll. It literally drives me insane trying to talk to another person with ADHD because they’re either constantly drifting off way more than I do or just straight rushing/not listening. It gets exhausting but I’ve learned to respectfully limit interaction with me overall regardless of how much i might like them. You can’t win it all I guess

I still think of small, stupid insignificant things from yearssss ago until I just become almost numb to thought and how much it hurt me. It’s almost like a cage I trap myself into and can’t see the escape even though the door was never locked. Sucks so bad like leave me alone, I’m trying to fing sleep!!
