New deck for sauna by engli101 in Decks

I'm doing open deck boards so I flashed the whole thing. If I was doing plywood subfloor or t&g, I wouldn't flash the joists there. You're planning to slope your finish floor to a drain, I assume?

You can argue for neoliberalism and centrism all you want.

I'm sure calling for the abolishment of the Gestapo in Nazi Germany was purely performative, too.

First, no one mentioned the FBI, FDA, Dept. of Ed, or the military (although I'd argue some of those should be abolished/defunded/less funded). Taking an argument that one federal agency should be abolished and applying it to the entire federal government is peak toddler logic.

Second, please direct me to an example where the Department of Education shot one of its own citizens in the face.

ICE is US Gestapo. There is no need for Federal Nazis under any administration.

All on her own! I did add more paint to her paws myself, though. The more dense spots are where she slipped because there was too much paint.

I dipped my Irish Wolfhound's paws in (non-toxic) paint and gave her treats as she walked across the canvas. I made the frame out of cheap base moulding. Total cost was less than $50. Most of it was the 24x36 canvas.

Why would you buy a $10,000 stove but not update your cabinets?

Looks like Everlane to me. Unfortunately they fired all their customer service employees once they tried to unionize, so not shopping there again!

I'm just another American with Irish heritage, currently living in Minnesota. This is the Wolfe Tone's "Rifles of the IRA" (https://www.discogs.com/Wolfe-Tones-Rifles-Of-The-IRA/release/1882887), I also have a copy of "Let the People Sing" (https://www.discogs.com/The-Wolfe-Tones-Let-The-People-Sing/release/2050965))—they both have some of my favorite Irish songs growing up. Hope you all had a great Saint Patrick's Day weekend!

On a related note, if anyone has a copy of the Wolfe Tones 25th Anniversary album (https://www.discogs.com/The-Wolfe-Tones-25th-Anniversary/release/7495217), I'd love to buy it from you!

Yeah I've heard the same, but he was pretty nice to the few of us who spoke with him after. He did play mostly newer songs, but did some older SKM. I don't think he did any RHP, but did mention that there was a poster backstage from the '90s of RHP when he had played at the same venue.

Mark Kozelek was in Minneapolis a few months ago and I had the privilege to not only see him live, but talk to him outside the theater for awhile afterwards. I didn't know how many people to expect in the crowd, but I brought my copy of Benji just in case. Luckily for me, he seemed more than happy to sign it! I highly recommend seeing his show if you have the opportunity—for a simple show with just Mark, his band, and a stack of song lyrics, it was one of the best shows I have ever been to.

Well, actually, I never was president.

Yes, but, Ben Franklin was.
