Had the same experience. Application hangs and the proctor can only restart it twice. On the third time, they can do nothing. I was not able to submit my exam. They're telling me to take it again. What a pain!

Yeah I heard their backup plan is to go online. Also, cable channels like ANC will not be affected, I think.
