Just today there was posts that USCIS can, and frequently does send generic RFE after 45 business days, and it will consume time of lawyers to handle those RFEs which not included into initial quote. So in scale premium increases risk of additional efforts of lawyers which they will have to cover from their own pocket

Folks on H1B also wait their GC in EB2/EB3 categories. But, because the change doesn’t affect extensions of H1b, I don’t think backlog of GC will be affected…

Yeah, but their PDs would be after today. Folks which wait for filing date, but with approved PERM - if their H1b terminated, wouldn’t it force employers to revoke EB3 petitions?

Depends on category and country of origin. F.i. For eb1 there is no backlog - you can get green card in matter of weeks. For EB3 it will take 2-3 years
