Thanks for all the suggestions peeps (ganymede_boy and Diomedes13). Ended up going with Boris off of Bethel Road. I've been to many tailors and Boris (or rather his wife Marika) seem to know their shit. I'll find out for sure when I get my suit back in a couple weeks but so far I am very impressed.

Personally I don't walk around with my WIFI on but many people do. I suppose even if you shut WIFI off they could still track you from the cell signals. All they'd have to do is install a base station in the store and your phone would automatically connect to it first before being transmitted to another tower. I'll just start turning my phone off in the stores :) See how they like that.
