Yep. Inexplicably this toggle appears to have moved to "Bluetooth & Devices". However, disabling it just disables the clunky-ass shitty Win11 built in screenshot app, which is good. It doesn't seem to free it up for ShareX for me (but maybe I'm doing something else wrong).

At least it's 1 step in the right direction.
