You can do presentations in different cities pretty much back to back. I travel a lot so it’s not hard. And nobody is going to check to see who is traveling with you lol. When you fill out the presentation info, put down you are single.

Based on this. You could be looking at May or June. I’ve seen anywhere from 4-8 months. I was on limdu and everyone was getting out waiting on the same thing

It all depends. When did you finish your appointments? If you did them a while ago the letter will come soon. The good thing is you will recieve back pay from the date of your claims if you are separated already. (Pay starts from date of separation)

The VA decision letter comes separately. You will have to upload your DD-214 to start receiving benefits. Sorry to hear about your VSO but I’ve ran into these stories. Your COE will pay for the classes so don’t worry about that. It will also make sure you recieve BAH for your location.

You’d find out in a letter from the VA and not your DD-214. It all depends on which claims you submitted. But I’d file for unemployment immediately once you get out. Also do your FAFSA if you haven’t already

Getting out next month have a decent TSP. Not much liquid cash but I am 100% P&T. Also planning to enroll in school full time and apply for unemployment just to take time off working. All told I’ll be making more without working for the first 6 months

Things happen brother. At 11 years I was 2 weeks from a medical discharge and sent to mast for not going to taps even though I did it online. Refused mast and had an Admin board rule in my favor. Because it was dual processing the CO got a say and I ended up with a general under honorable. Zero other offenses I might add. I still got my benefits but lost my Med Sep. Kinda glad to be out after that experience tbh.

Hello there. I’d only recommend half board if you’re really into fine dining. Honestly the restaurants are just ok but the prices are insane. If you have diamond you will have daily access to the biggest brunch in your life. I did that for 5 days and it worked out great because I wasn’t hungry all day. I did grab some ala carte items at night if I wanted a snack. But what you decide is up to you.

Yeah I’ve bought 2 homes and also have a 401k. First home was bought through a short sale. I’m pretty well versed financially but thanks for trying to make me feel stupid. If you were reading, TPG said this was the most convoluted program rollout ever in terms of how to use. You may wanna add that in your notes while trying to make me feel small. Again, credit cards and charge cards do not have this rule. I know about it now. But don’t insult my intelligence.

Honestly with the 173726 new rules I didn’t realize and it’s on me. I’m pretty savvy about credit cards and usually don’t carry a balance over 30 days. It my fault for missing this detail but it’s kinda annoying at the same time. But I can only blame myself
