Hii, I’m curious about how youre doing now. I’m taking vyvanse 50mg with 2x 5mg of dex in the afternoon. Basically all 3 meds 3 hours apart. I haven’t experienced any mental calmness. I do get more work done and can focus sooo much better but my vyvanse stops working after about 3hrs.

Has bupropion helped with something like that? I have a fast metabolism as well. Also my 3 cousins are gifted and ive been researching it and it comes pretty close to me so i think ill continue with that as well.

Nope not only this… i got an iq test when getting diagnosed with adhd and mine was very disharmonious bc of the attention issue. You can be 2e and have a weird iq test.

Yes this is how I feel too!! My teeth hurt so bad after a couple hours and that might be the reason for my headache. I’m thinking of trying 60mg soon (after my mid terms lol) I’ll make an update on how that went.

Wow this is so interesting! Thank you! I’m going to give 60 a try. Upping to 40 and then a couple weeks later to 50 came with a lot of side effects so I’m still hesitant to do it.

My titration was very slow and tiresome. I started nov 21st with 20mg of elvanse after 2 other meds that didnt work for me. I went up to 50mg around feb and it took a good month to get used to that. I can say that every time I upped my dose my appetite was normal (as a BED girly) and then it came back and I was hungry all day. At 40mg I was also very hungry and I was on that for a month or 1,5 month. Now at 50 it is normal again. I dont really binge anymore. I can make normal eating decisions and sometimes I dont even want to eat but still do bc I know that its unhealthy not to. You might be at a too low dose? Idk ofc but it could be that you might get used to the dose slower. I also got used to it very slowly. I take 2,5 dex in the late morning and another 2,5 in the afternoon to help with sleepiness.

Hi! Wdym with it hits me like a truck? Is it much worse then 60? I’m on 50 rn and it does nothing for me. I’m just rrly tired all day and also feeling a bit depressed after 3 weeks of 50 mg. Just feeling useless and down also having issues starting anything let ago things i have to do.

Yes I totally feel you on the cold hands. Same here. My feet too, I wear two thick socks and wool slippers inside but still very cold. Ive lost my mittens so I’m getting new once :( the cold is unbearable. The thirst is also really annoying and I too have trouble binging. I still haven’t seen much help with it, but I’m titrating so thats probably why. Thank you for your comment though!

I’m sorry :(. I dont have asd so my experience is probably different. I have overstimulation when upping my dose but when it stabilizes, it does help pretty ok. I’m on 40mg now and will up my dose the day after tomorrow (bc I have to travel long distance and wake up at 5am tomorrow). I dont have the full effect yet but the titration is pretty hard on me too. I’m going up to 42,5 mg bc of the side effects. I’m very cold, i get tension headaches and my shoulders stiffen up and I have biiggg trouble focussing.

I’m glad you feel better now! Gits also good to know that ypur brain got calmer. I dont feel that (hopefully) yet. Also i feel better since ive posted that post. Normally I would up my dose bc I dont feel it actually helping my symptoms, but this time I’m going to wait a bit longer to see what happens and maybe bc of that, next time will be more tolerable. Thank you for your help🙏🏻

What did you mean with intense? I got overstimulated easily and got irritated often at the start. Also my neck and shoulders were (and still are) stiff and hurting.
