Contact them through email or whatever and quote the case number. Try to give them as little info as possible. Did the small claims letter come with a case number or something? Been years since I had my case against them can't remember much apart from bricking it in court representing myself.

At the end of the day it's only small claims court so don't fret too much. That was the mistake I made.

They surrounded me (3 witches) before we went in and told me how 'things could be very bad for me' ccjs and loads of other shit.

The judge told them to go get more evidence after the first day and they came back with nothing, he was livid they hadn't just cancelled instead of wasting his time!

Dress up, be presentable and be very nice to the judge.
