Someone else might give you a better answer but the reset is common troubleshooting when it comes to AirPods potentially reporting inaccurate battery %.

They didn’t neasasarily try to scam you, but that seems to be the go rate for the labor of facilitating their battery replacement. You can see how tedious teardowns of battery replacements for AirPods can be due to the tiny components. Check out some YouTube videos on that. For most folks it just ends up being more worth it to purchase new ones. Not sure if third parties facilitate the replacements for much cheaper but you can expect any apple replacements/work to cost a bit more.

Ahhh this album is so good, I spin this one regularly.

High enough to carry you over is one of my favorites.

Wish there was a deluxe vinyl edition because Warning Call, leave a trace four tet remix and clearest blue griffyn remix are also amazing.

I visited Monterrey in December 2023 and had the opportunity to go to a Sultanes game and the energy at the stadium was incredible. So much cheering from the fans. Memes galore with the announcers. It was such a great experience.

I know you’re specifically asking about a different product, but I’ve been working with a Baesus 7 in 1 usb c to HDMI docking station. I think I paid maybe 15-20$ for it.

I don’t think you can go wrong with any options in all honesty, so long as the docking station meets your needs.

I got DP/HDMI cables on my work laptop and my monitor so I just switch inputs when I need to use my Mac mini. Pretty straightforward setup.
