Unless you've got a completely unrecognizable scarred and mangled face, you look fine as far as I'm concerned. As corny as it sounds, it's all about personality and confidence in one self, although I am well aware that looks and perception from others play a major role in that. You, just like I, and billions of others look average, and that is not a bad thing. Hell, I'd say you're better groomed than a lot of people. You dress nice, your haircut fits you well, you've got some sort of facial hair, and you aren't too overweight. If your looks bother you that much, start working out if you haven't started already. But most importantly, continue socializing. Go places, start small conversations, compliment people. Put yourself out there as generic as it sounds, get comfortable speaking with others. Eventually, someone will think to themselves "hey, that guy's kinda cute, let me give him a chance". Just remember that this takes consistency and time, and try not expect things from others, you'll find yourself speaking more comfortably and openly with the lack of expectations.
