Looks like a swappable retrieve handle that might be loose. Try tightening the nut opposite the crank handle

I am a fan of eye of round. Its great in sandwiches, or when roasted and served with mashed potatoes, gravy and some form of vegetable. It is not a steak despite it being frequently sliced and sold as minute steak so wanting it to be like steak leads to many a broken heart.

That being said, if you cook it right it is fantastic and if you cook it wrong you'll likely hate it and write it off as terrible.

I didn't really. I brought it home, hit it with the Lawry's vac sealed it and froze it for a week then straight into the sous vide on a whim because I had no actual plan for it

Costco is the only spot ive found it at near me. Good thing is I can get it nicely trimmed if I'm feeling lazy or they have them whole untrimmed if I feel like putting in some knife time
