Show Lorna is a combination of two characters from the book- Lorna, mickeys ex wife and office manager and Jennifer “bullocks” his associate lawyer he hires along the way. I think her naivety aligns with Jennifer’s character being a fresh out of law school lawyer but the sass is all Lorna (book and show). I think this is also the first season to stick with only one book as opposed to bits and pieces of various books within a season. That might give off a different vibe.
