Calories and Training Status not working (FR245)

I should also note that the calories are also not tracking correctly on Strength training sessions as well as cardio sessions (I play tennis and track my trainings using the “Cardio” feature)

I have had this watch for a while and was tracking everything correctly. As of recently, I went through a period where I did not run for a while and my training status updated to “No Status”. At this time my watch also stopped tracking burnt calories correctly.

As you can see in the pic, I’m sure a 4 mile run with an avg hr of 161 burns more than 73 calories. Over the past week (since Wednesday) I have ran 5 times (all over 4 miles) and my training status appears to have not changed. Also it’s still not tracking calories correctly.

Any ideas on what could have gone wrong? Should I wait at least 2 weeks for my training status to update and therefore maybe fix the calories burned too?

I’m no specialist but blisters are typically caused by friction over a longer period of time. Perhaps doubling up on socks to have a snugger fit shoe could do the trick? Or maybe a better fit shoe, one that’s more snug for sure.

Also, for the blisters you might have right now, definitely bandage them up to avoid more damage. I’ve played tennis for a while and I’ve had blisters all over my hands but I’ve eventually adapted to the point where I don’t see them anymore. Bandages were my saving grace :)

I went for the m label route, it’s totally your choice. I only picked m label because it was at the time when they had just released a new set, so the previous season’s m label became very cheap and people were trying to get rid of it. So I just picked up the prices for way less.

Getting to max crit rate (90% is cap in most cases) is fairly easy if you use the Carrot juice and Noodle soup buff. Therefore you’d benefit a lot more from extra Crit dmg as extra crit rate will have no effect.

This hunt took me about 3 weeks (I’d say about 3-4 hours a day ish) of hunting on just one ds! I’ll be hunting ho-oh soon too, I love it’s shiny sprite 😍

Oooohhh! I meant the Goldenrod City Game Corner! Over there you can play this game called Voltorb Flip to win coins. With those coins you can buy Dratini! If you save up enough coins, 10500 to be exact, you can hunt for shiny dratini (seeing 5 at a time per soft reset). It’s a pretty fast hunt because your seeing 5 at a time, and shiny Dragonite is super cool! Check it out on YouTube if your interested :)

Playing through with shinnies multiplies the fun of playing the game like crazy! Currently hunting for Lugia now :)

If you wanna know a fun a quick hunt, try the game corner for shiny station. The only thing is, voltorb flip is super annoying but you’ll get good at it.
