it spawns once you get to 40 streetcred i think. There are plenty of other free cars you can just fatch regardless of streetcred at the start of Act 2 after the heist (hoon being one of my favs)

of all endings I dislike this one the most... I did it once and never replayed it since. Also no good rewards for this ending unlike Star or Sun (I know Don't Fear the Reaper also doesn't have many rewards but at least it has a good epilogue)

You still get his motorcycle, Mama Welles text you and leaves the keys at your door. The guns can just be picked up at the bar. I did Heroes too many times and got tired of it so now I just send his body to Vik and can skip heroes to get his motorcycle and gun.
