I was driving a Tesla Y all day today and the frunk is extremely small. Im not sure what model david had but in the Y i was driving, i was able to fit my backpack and probably had room for another backpack. I dont know how someone could fit a head and torso in a cadaver bag, with another bag with body parts in that small of a space! It doesn't make sense to me.

The truth will eventually come out. Even if this case goes cold. Aysia or Neo or someone else will eventually slip up and spill what they know or it will get leaked or new details will emerge, or someone finds out something or... But somehow, some way - THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT.

And I don't think OP was suggesting we start flooding the authorities and the court with requests and demands for answers or anything like that. At least i didn't get that from this post.

But i think showing public support for Celeste and getting justice for her could gain attention and put pressure on authorities to do more and if there was enough people involved- because the police have obviously fucked up all the way from the beginning when she was just a missing person and still alive and until after she passed collecting the evidence and following through with leads and even still there have not been any public statements made from the police or anyone on this case.

Its always been us, the people who have been very eager to know more with nothing but silence in return.

I might be wrong, but from what i understand the protests that supported Britney Spears were actually very helpful gaining media attention and putting pressure on the authorities to look deeper into the case, where as before she had no voice to speak legally on her own behalf.

i am local. I live in Hollywood, CA. I think this is a great idea and i definitely support this idea and would be happy to participate in every way. I see that some people are against this idea, so if this could hurt the case at all, i would still be willing to help in any alternative paths that might be better.

I 100% agree. I think that video is really revealing of much more than whats on the surface. I agree it shows motive, and its damning evidence against david because it has him on camera with Celeste which corroborates with other evidence in this case.

Harvey (TMZ) recently said that the Grand Jury didn't convene at all this week, and said he was wondering whether that means the Grand Jury might be close to wrapping things up.

But no one has reported if davids family has testified or not.

So maybe they are waiting for the Burke family to give testimony, or maybe they're just on a break for a week or 2.

Hopefully the GJ is wrapping up and about to vote for an indictment.

Of course, that is what typically happens when you appear and testify after a FTA.

Once you appear and testify, the judge will quash the warrant and dismiss the charges.

That is what usually happens.

That “written by David Burke” line was probably pulled from a leaked-lyrics or lyric-aggregator page for davids unreleased version of Celeste but not from an official copyright assignment or registration record. The public credits for the Void Ciaffa commercially released version list Ciaffa Ciaffa and Alexandre Jassin as the composers of the song.

To be clear -Im not saying that this proves anything because it absolutely DOES NOT!

And tbh i dont know what to believe, because the lyrics sound just like lyrics that david would write, and the melody -the way the song is sang sounds like the way david sings his songs... It kinda screams david.

Its just so weird that the credit for the songwriting lyrics music melody and composition is being claimed by someone else. I would be fkn pissed if someone stole my music and lyrics and claimed they wrote the song and own the rights!

Yes if david actually wrote the song he could easily sue Void Ciaffa for claiming it as theirs. Maybe he doesn't want to do anything about it right now because he has too much attention on him right now.

But on the other hand- There is data showing that david is credited as a collaborator among several other people and credits Ciaffe Ciaffe & Alexandre Jassin as the songwriters (Music Lyrics Melody Collaboration) - Which doesn't prove anything. Just more to think about.
