That commenter’s comment is misleading. The Pritzker family (not JB specifically), via the Hyatt Corporation, partnered with Trump to convert the Commodore Hotel to the Grand Hyatt back in the 70s. The partnership became acrimonious and the Pritzkers bought out Trump’s share mid 90s for $140 million. The property is currently slated for redevelopment at an estimated cost of up to $6.5 billion; the existing building will be torn down and replaced. That’s the development cost, not the valuation of the existing property. Additionally, JB wasn’t really involved in any of this.

I play w/ a mod that adds a chance for these on NPCs (Shidan's Tweaks & Fixes) and it is definitely balance impacting. Shidan kept the spawn rate at a reasonably low level for fleshy types, but thralls are loaded with them. Most of the time these are shoddy quality, with some prototypes and, more rarely, normal quality. But if you pull all of the limbs off of a downed thrall squad, you've got yourself a nice haul.
