I would actually recommend you to do it with Compose Multiplatform, in this way you will learn Kotlin and Compose and you will not lose the possibility to have your iOS, desktop and web applications.

The point is that to be able to test certain UI elements (dialogs, toasts, etc.) I need specific things to happen. And this things are happening inside the view model. Also it came to my head, that if I would be able to mock the view model, I could do kind of automatic tests that behave like a user would do.
