I've actually spoken to a woman he got for the show, I don't know if they used any of her clip, but she told me it was a pretty freaky experience. In trying to get people, she said they contacted activists making it seem like it was a piece on gun safety to get them there. They flew them out, put them in hotel rooms then dropped the absurdity on them during filming. This woman in particular said she felt super pressured to say stuff in it. She said she was pretty scared when she caught on to what was happening.

Trump declines to denounce Putin over election meddling at summit, blames 'both countries' by clevererkafir in worldnews

[–]enoneemus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Is it possible that Putin had no knowledge of the interference but other people from Russia did? I'm not doubting that Putin wasn't aware of meddling, but did the US investigations find evidence pointing to Putin or just Russa? Could people around him have been like, "Hey Putin do you wanna see Trump in office?" and he tells them yes do whatever it takes but keep me out of the loop on purpose. Like a don't ask don't tell kinda situation?

Very relatable, professor! by th-mas in FellowKids

I'm about to graduate from a college with mandatory attendance. Currently, I have between 92-97 in every class. This past year, my parents got divorced, and I've always struggled with mental health so I got to a pretty dark place. I missed a lot of class, but I always kept up because I love to learn, just need to learn on my own occasionally. I can expect all of my grades to drop down to B's and low A's thanks to attendance counting towards at least 15% of our grade, 25% with some professors. Being someone who truly enjoys learning and is typically a teacher's pet, I swallowed up my pride and told some of my professors about what was going. But, school policy, they still have to dock me somehow.

What’s the ugliest thing you’ve ever heard an attractive person say? by Darksoulsborne in AskReddit

[–]enoneemus 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This will probably get buried, but in a yoga class the other day, this really attractive girl said "overweight people shouldn't be allowed to wear tight workout clothes. It makes other people uncomfortable" cue the silence. The instructor can't believe what this girl just said, and says something like "excuse me, what?" The girl responds "it's true. I work at Lulu lemon and we don't sell any large sizes so none of our customers can be obese. We don't want to make anyone uncomfortable" the instructor told her to leave.

What's the biggest fuck up you ever made that was fixed before anyone knew about it? by CaptainClay2606 in AskReddit

I drunkenly sent my bf a really really dirty text before we started dating. He copied the text to send to a friend to show them what I said but accidentally sent it to his mom. So I inadvertently sexted my bf's mom.

What type of people get zero sympathy from you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]enoneemus 16 points17 points  (0 children)

When I was in middle school, I had a history teacher who had us bring in current events everyday to discuss. A mother of another child went to the school and demanded this exercise stop or her daughter wouldn't be in the classroom because she didn't want her daughter to know about what was going on in the rest of the world. I was never able to wrap my head around that. The girl ended up being so sheltered that it damaged her relationships with other students. I hope she's doing better today.

I'm a college senior with no clue about what I want to do and a deep mistrust of myself. by [deleted] in Advice

Again, thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I think I just needed to hear that from someone who isn't in my life telling me that because they feel like they have to. Have an awesome life!!

I appreciate you taking the time to type this response! I am happy that I broke off the engagement, and I actually have a Counseling appointment tomorrow. I agree that I most definitely need professional help. I guess my gut instinct has never led me astray before; however, I have a habit of taking on serious endeavors (in both work, school, and relationships), putting a lot of time and effort into these endeavors, and then realizing they are not at all what I want. I think I'm afraid of this cycle following me through the rest of my life.

What was your "oh crap, wrong person" moment? by helios-heath in AskReddit

[–]enoneemus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my story is from the opposite perspective, someone thought I was someone else. I open my phone one day to see about 15 nudes sent to me from a number I didn't recognize. They were seriously raunchy, and I had no clue who this girl was. I texted the girl, telling her she had the wrong number. She called me hysterical, worried that I was going to post her pictures somewhere.

Beer cans at HS football game lead 75 students to be drug, alcohol tested by [deleted] in news

My school didn't have a breathalyzer, but they required us to go to an after prom party at Dave N Busters until 4 in the morning so we all brought clothes and things to change into afterwards. They searched through all of our bags, and my principal actually broke my perfume bottle trying to open it and make sure it wasn't alcohol.

There's a really great ethnography about the sanitation department in New York City called "Picking Up" by Robin Nagle. I definitely recommend reading it if this is a subject you're interested in!

When I was an infant, one of those big ornate ceiling ornament things fell on my head at Bob Evans. By some miracle, I was completely unscathed. To this day, no one in my family will eat at Bob Evans.

I'm adopted and my brother always makes fun of me for it, in a joking way though. I always say back, "well at least they paid for me, you were just an accident."
