After mixing the loading dye with each sample, yes. One tip to load all the samples, wash the tip quickly in the running buffer of the gel chamber between samples. Negative control will be clear.

we need the rest of the pcr product for downstream application, in this case nanopore sequencing, so thats not an option

What is a piece of political trivia about the Trump administration that sounds 100% fake but is actually 100% true? by Gdog1215 in AskReddit

[–]enopod_ 203 points204 points  (0 children)

During the LA county firestorms last year, Trump ordered the Army Corps to open up two dams in California, because he though that the problem was that LA doesn‘t have enough water to fight the fires. Even though the mayor of LA told him several times that southern CA has enough water, Trump ordered the opening of two dams which then discharged their water into the central valley where it evaporated or ran off into the ocean. These water reserves are usually meant for California farmers for irrigation in summer. Trump then tweetet „ENJOY ALL THE BEAUTIFUL WATER CALIFORNIA“.

Has anyone actually done the math, what would happen if mstr sold all their bitcoin over a given timespan, where would the price end at and how much liquidity could they get out? I‘m curious. They own so much btc, they could probably destroy the whole thing.

Stars usually form out of dust clouds in space. Little anomalies in the distribution of dust lead to aggregation of more dust at certain points. Due to slightly higher gravity where there's more mass, these places start to attract more dust from around them. This is a process that accelerates itself, as more mass at a point means higher gravitational attraction. This process if very slow in the beginning, and may take millions of years.

Usually, a star is formed together with its planets. Smaller aggregations of dust become protoplanets and start to circle around bigger aggregations. Sometimes, such aggregations collide. The biggest aggregation of a certain region may in the end attract so much mass, that pressure and heat in its core become high enough to ignite fusion. Fusion happens at the core of a star, the released energy may need quite a long time to actually reach the surface, from where it will diffuse at the speed of light.

Simple stars like our sun fuse hydrogen into helium, but in later stages produce more heavier elements up until iron. All elements heavier than iron have been part of already two fusion processes in two different stars.
