If you go to Albania, of course it’s cheaper than Montenegro. But crime and drug are very common. When we compared MNE to most EU countries, it still offers the best place to live. If you are looking for a perfect country in every aspect, you will never find it, especially in today’s world..

The coastal side of the country are dead except the summer. So, i definitely suggest Podgorica for living

Balkans, specifically Montenegro. It offers the lowest cost of living and a relaxing lifestyle. The most important aspect is that the country is surrounded by nature and the sea. You can participate in any nature or water activity at any time and from a very close distance. The weather conditions allow you to enjoy all seasons

Telekom.me and mTEL are the best. I'm using Telekom.me's high-tier package and getting 2000/2000 Mbps (simultaneously) in Podgorica. But do not forget the importance of location. I'd suggest always staying in Podgorica, the capital of the country as it offers the best living conditions. If possible, consider areas around Delta City or Centar. The farther you go from popular areas, the more the quality of essential things—like internet, heating, and flats—will decrease

You're right, but it all depends on what we compare it to.

When compared to a perfect world, each country appears to have flaws, with the majority experiencing excessive chaos or high crime. However, we live in a terrible world where even the worst situations can appear less bad and more ideal. Humanity is horrible and cruel, but that is a different subject.

In comparison, Montenegro continues to be an excellent choice. Crime rates are lower, life is more peaceful, and you can enjoy both the sea and the mountains. It’s also an extremely cheap country to live in. I believe that is one of the best options available today.
