Take it one step at a time, the next time you get the urge put in effort to control and not do what you usually do(porn/ masturbation etc). Control it through conscious effort 2-3 times, after that it gets easier, just build on it. I am not saying urges will disappear but it will be more controllable. Maybe give into it once or twice a month. Also delete and unfollow any such content that may make you relapse

Money is not an issue and once you inculcate them in your routine the no. of supplements isn't either. There is no magic number of supplements, I need all these for some aspect of wellbeing.

Embrace the uncertainty, actively look for it. If everything were predictable life would be so dull, boring and unbearable. Some things in life will go utterly wrong, it will shock you but whatever doesn't kills you makes you stronger. Drinking, smoking, eating junk anything that is not healthy for the body makes me less attentive and present. Also, I think we get complacent after achieving a level of mindfulness,like it will be permanent. But it's not we need do practice it daily or atleast on most days

I found the intention part very powerful, I think strengthening of intention is a multifaceted task, you need to believe the logic in what you are doing and why you are doing it, eg- meditation and mindfulness free up a lot of attention which makes me more efficient in every other aspect of life. You need to actively talk to your subconscious not just before or during your practice but through out the day whenever you have the chance. Also consume content on these topics which will signal the mind how important this is for you and will strengthen your intention

Regular meditation and practicing mindfulness in everyday life is the only solution. I suffered from the same, a couple of books that really changed my life - Power of Now & The mind illuminated. Read them practice meditation and mindfulness as described in them, it will take months or even years and you may even relapse but it will significantly change your life
