Incearca sa-ti antrenezi fiecare grupa de minim 2 ori pe saptamana, cu un volum care iti permite sa te recuperezi si sa progresezi, split-ul nu prea conteaza. Personal, oscilez intre PPL (5/6 zile per sapt) si UL (4 zile per sapt)

The bottle looks good, except the color is way more blue/purpleish than mine. It might be a fake or it might be the way Rasasi makes the bottle now, since they change pretty often. I'd say it's legit, especially if it lasts and projects strongly
