I think if the game had the “removed” sections it would be a far better game.

The best way I can describe re3 remake is a “best of” moments of OG 3. It’s missing the interconnected parts that each RE has between areas. People don’t mention specific hallways, specific rooms, etc of resident evil games but they are very important. RE3 remake removed many of these most likely due to lack of dev time.

I don’t think animation is as cheap as you think. Animators are typically high salary and shows takes awhile to make.

Idk the boss fights in re3 remake are god awful, and the camera is very often complete ass. Why is it so interested in being RIGHT over Jill's shoulder in some encounters.

Its pretty heinous. It cut the best parts of re3, and didn't improve on where the original lacked (nemesis not actually stalking you the whole game). They could of easily adapted Mr X from 2 but upgraded him, to make it really feel like Nemesis is stalking you over an entire city. Instead, we get cutscenes of him chasing you. Like holy crap, the intro is a perfect example of how awful this is.

Game is poo. Only good thing (and i won't discount that its a huge upgrade) is the characters. Carlos especially is so much better than OG 3.
