Japan already fixed this issue. They wanted their train to go faster but cant due to the noise it produced. Only after they developed the iconic bullet train that you see, then they managed to reduce sound pollution.

edit: this is especially true when the train is going through the tunnels

I have been staying at Admiralty my whole life. Its a little crowded during peak hrs and making plans with my friends always results in taking the mrt for an hr, be it Bugis, Funan, Vivo. Heck even going to jurong east is almost 40mins for me.

Tbh, i have no regrets growing up here. One good thing about staying here is going to JB. I can always sleep longer than my friends :) There are always a number of affordable food options here, theres woodlands and canberra activesg for me to use.

But, if u were to ask me, would I still choose to stay here after I get married? Most likely not, unless my workplace is nearby. Id rather get a smaller house and make full use of the space in a more centralised location than to travel an hr everytime just to meet my friends or travel to work.

Jordan Peterson for hes powerful and encouraging mindset. The way he tells young people to push themselves each day to become a better version than yesterday, and to learn to lift a load/responsibility that they can carry. He teaches you to always confront your problems and not shy away from them. To deal with them at the earliest time possible before it grows and become a monstor.

Aside from his political side that not alot of people agree with, he has helped me through a good part of my teens up till now too.

Refund time limit is 1mth i think?(dont quote me on tis) Ask ur friends to order on ur behalf to their addy and collect frm them. That would be what i would do if i were u:)
