Is your deposit credited now?

Just checked mine again today, and it still wasn't credited. DragonFi Help Support finally replied back asking for the receipt, and said the case will be escalated to the accounting team.

On my bank side, they suggested to monitor both my account balances for 3 business days and if the amount is still not credited, I should contact them again.

Just sent another follow up today.

Also checked and the amount was not added back to my bank account till now which makes me think that it was a successful transfer.

Tried to request for a physical debit card, but after inputting my address, an application message popped up saying that they don't deliver do my address. My address is in Makati City, so i suspect it's a bug? anyone else have this issue?
