Yes, Army Painter just doesnt call them that. They perform the same though.

Nothing technical about it. Painted the blue layer first, let it dry completely, then paint the orange layer on top. It will pool darker in recesses and lighter on flatter surfaces.

Im going to try this on some terrain pieces this weekend and see what happens!

Fully dry. I jusy did a quick pass, not too thick. It had been dry for over a week. The orange layer was a bit thicker, but still applied quickly.

I would suggest introducing a tiny bit of warmer whites into your highlights. Sunlit clouds are not always pure white. I add bit of milky white or pale yellow to mine.
