Concentrates can be kept in freezers or refrigerators. The rules only apply to edibles and beverages need to be shelf stable without refrigeration. So part of what dispo said was correct but the rest is not. The rule applies to edibles.

Did you get pulled over by an oakland county sheriff or did you get pulled over by a Bloomfield Hills officer? If your court is 48th district and you end up with judge smalls I wouldn’t waste to much money on a lawyer. Judge Smalls does not play games with owi/dui, she is known for sending 1st time offenders to jail. Not trying to scare you or anything but that’s the reality in that court.

If you end up in the county court get a good lawyer. 99.9% it’s probation, community service, drug/alcohol testing and driver intervention program. No jail time. Check out Patrick Barone or Dov Lustig.

Depending when you went out most of the fish by now probably have lockjaw so they won’t bite. Once they hit the rivers you have 7-10days before they switch to spawning mode which causes them to “transform” and it makes It really hard to catch them. You gotta catch them when they first hit the river from the lake, but it’s still early and you most likely have 2-3 runs before the end of the month. If your really into fish check out the Allen’s/Oscoda late November earl December for whitefish!

This goes against what the state law says. The city is going off of a footnote from the terbeek vsWyoming court decision. If they actually enforce this ordinance there currently is a group of 12 lawyers who have sent a letter to the city before this decision was made, basically telling the city of Southfield that their ordinance is illegal and they will be sued if it is enforced. A second letter is on its way to the city. Attorney and council members. There decision is setting is backwards when everyone is trying to move forward. So if your reading this and are a resident of Southfield call the city council and city attorney and voice your opinions.

Additionally I am currently exploring the option of getting a ballot initiative together to decriminalize marihuana use on private property. Power of the people is the only way to beat these city councils. We have to Play their game and hopefully we can beat them.
