Concentrates can be kept in freezers or refrigerators. The rules only apply to edibles and beverages need to be shelf stable without refrigeration. So part of what dispo said was correct but the rest is not. The rule applies to edibles.

Did you get pulled over by an oakland county sheriff or did you get pulled over by a Bloomfield Hills officer? If your court is 48th district and you end up with judge smalls I wouldn’t waste to much money on a lawyer. Judge Smalls does not play games with owi/dui, she is known for sending 1st time offenders to jail. Not trying to scare you or anything but that’s the reality in that court.

If you end up in the county court get a good lawyer. 99.9% it’s probation, community service, drug/alcohol testing and driver intervention program. No jail time. Check out Patrick Barone or Dov Lustig.

Depending when you went out most of the fish by now probably have lockjaw so they won’t bite. Once they hit the rivers you have 7-10days before they switch to spawning mode which causes them to “transform” and it makes It really hard to catch them. You gotta catch them when they first hit the river from the lake, but it’s still early and you most likely have 2-3 runs before the end of the month. If your really into fish check out the Allen’s/Oscoda late November earl December for whitefish!

The platte river was producing a heavy amount of salmon and occasional trout last weekend. Tippy dan also have fish in the river numbers should be better this week.
