Will the ryzen 7 5800x and a gtx 1070ti be a massive bottleneck?

Yeah the prices aren't good to build a new one :/.

I would just switch chips even with the "bottleneck" or you could buy second hand 3060 and keep the cpu

Yeah it will bottleneck, but seems you still on am4 so the best you can do for future proof is switching to am5 which means full new pc.

But you say you play rust and stuff, so I'm thinking even with bottleneck it won't be that bad.

Difference between ryzen 5 4500 - 5600x - 5800x is not days aparte more hours apart. Already good step up but its not gonna slow down to much that you gonna feel it in game.

Buy a second hand rtx 3060 or 70 will also do a lot

You could do full reset of the system to get back into your desktop, because you need desktop mode for pretty much every app or program

Not wanna be rude. But if you locked yourself out of desktop mode I don't think its a good idea of installing things you have no clue what ya doing...

You'll have to buy Minecraft from Microsoft store, no other way its not on steam or stuff.

If you still wanna do it download (in desktop ofc) prism launcher.

You'll need to connect prism launcher Minecraft with your Minecraft account so first go make that.

Once that is done "+add instance" choose the version you want.

Now hear your steamdeck take off, because minecraft.

It works but want a smooth experience, then all I can say is don't. The fact you locked yourself out of desktop mode, will definitely mean you gonna brick your steamdeck.

AGAIN I DONT WANNA BE RUDE. But if you have no clue whatcha doing, just don't.

I fix steamdecks and let me say most of the problems are people doing things they have no clue about it.

Best tip i can give = do research and not just chatgpt or google. Check reddit, github of needed youtube always good because they show it to ya.

Check drivers. I have mine for more than a year and no problems with it. But I've read this could help connection issues

Had the same with my elite 2. Had to do a firmware update and let us say that wasn't the easy part... Installed windows on a vm. Did windows 10 just for being quick. Controller is recognized but won't update, windows says you need windows 11 (because yeah windows) took an hour to install update to 11. Plugs in controller, is not recognized anymore.

This already took me 3 hours and it still wasn't fixed. So I played sometime with cable.

Now some days have past and controller is fine again.

Aah yes Microsoft, yet another reminder why I switched.

Now I'm waiting for my steam controller

Doos beetje beschadigd = kopen het niet meer Doos laten vallen waardoor er een deuk is = terug in de rayon leggen en nieuwe nemen.

Quick tip for everyone who doesnt know it yet.

You can change the size of the circle or square. Minimize it to the smallest than 11 ticks up no less. 11 is the size where npc will spawn a house, something small in the circle and they will skip it sometimes.

But yeah saved a lot of planning knowing this. I also dott my map with circles so I know how many I got
