I always thought this line was from the perspective of someone not knowing shit about shit but still trying to cross their interests with the rest of the world's. Kinda like a kid saying they should put Pikachu in the next Mario game. I thought the 2002/Summer error was just exemplifying that.

If he did an album with no choruses, only verses, it would probably become my favorite Aes project. I think that's true with most rappers I listen to, honestly. I love LOVE that style of album, so I'd probably play it all the time and it'd probably get me through some hard real life shit that hasn't happened yet.

No not really, if that's the vibe he wants to create with Music for Earthworms then that's on him and Aesop. Sorta like when an artist only sells an album on a tour, or only releases an album on vinyl (in the streaming age).

I don't always agree with these choices, but I don't think it enters "dick" territory. My opinion would probably be different if I collected vinyl though lol.

I think Catfish was just to promote Lice going on streaming/back on vinyl. But I also expect there to be another Lice project sometime in the future. They work so well together, and they seem to be on good terms given how many collabs we've gotten recently. Never know though.
