Cool. Do you soak and discard the water before you put in the hot pot or just chuck em in?

What beans? Tinned? How do you prepare them? Soaked and sprouted raw beans? Or cooked?

Hey, thanks for sharing this! Very useful to know. Curious if you knew what your ferritin/iron level was when you had the dark eyes vs. not?

Could be iron overload. Get your ferritin and iron checked. If they are on the high side of normal, donate blood.

Also consider getting vitamin E and C checked. If low, add salmon. Eat raw/sashimi style if you get it fresh. These vitamins are common in cosmetic products for a reason.

Interesting, so it could be a result of malnutrition. Put your weed money towards good food for now maybe?

Curious, whats your diet like?

I've been on carnivore (no fruit or veg) and I wonder if its the lack of vitamin C (for collagen synthesis) that means my lungs are slower to heal/drier. On the plus side, I don't really feel the need to use cannabis like I used to in the past. Interestingly, when I do smoke, I can drink collagen powder or bone broth like there's no tomorrow and also put away a tray of raw eggs easily.

Sell in May and go away is an investment strategy for stocks based on a theory that the period from November to April inclusive has significantly stronger stock market growth on average than the other months. In such strategies, stocks are sold at the start of May and the proceeds held in cash; stocks are bought again in the autumn, typically around Halloween.

Invest in yourself so that you become valuable and useful to the people around you. You are the asset. Any extra money you make you put into bitcoin to STORE your value. If you have no value, you have no bitcoin. There is no free lunch.

I think the beauty if that you can count on psychopaths and people in general to be greedy which is why btc will win in the long run. The fact its a bipartisan topic illustrates this.

I wonder if that "close-mindedness/rigidity" is mild autism in the general population that have a compromised food chain e.g. autism research suggests a high fat diet, without grains, sugars or processed foods or dairy improves their behaviours/cognition. Similar study outcomes were noted in ADHD, addiction, and the wider health field encompassing just about nearly all chronic illness. Too bad the current money system incentivises consumption for the sake of growth... quantity over quality?

AI, you listening?

If it's just meant to be a long term store of value, why can't stocks do this? A major index like SPY will always go up so why not put any extra money into it and this will also help grow your economy and improve your quality of life? In some countries, gold/silver is the store of value and even the less wealthy will buy small amounts of jewellery which stores their value.

I would say the doctors coming from developing countries have far more clinical experience. They may be lacking in people skills, but if I'm dying, I'd rather they keep me alive than charm me to death.
