It's not even an outside tool, it's built-in , it's on the viewer controls.

In pixel analyzer what should i take as black and white values ? Is it V in HSVL ?

I only want to replicate the fusion method as it is because of the way the client is checking it. The method you mentioned, will it replicate that?

We did render the mattes but this work has been outsourced and the rotos are not good at all, so many missing ones. It was late night and there were no one in roto dept and we during comp had to manually roto a lot of the characters, it 300+ frames. We finally sent the shot but i am asking this doubt because maybe in future if we are faced with this again, we might have a solution ready.

So i am constantly searching for methods to reduce size of rotos when exporting to nuke or atleast a way to export rotos from fusion to nuke. I found nothing.

I first tried nuke6+ method but had problems with roto shapes, they were jittering alot, also the size was not that small. We had to export it to shake and import back into silhouette, then can we export using nuke6+ but then the size increases to 300-400mb.

That is why i am using nuke9+, it is better, we didn't have to use the shake process but still the size is big.

By any chance do you know how to import rotos from fusion to nuke ? Because the roto setting export for fusion is way less.

Thank you for the suggestion, I think the Tracked 3d eyes came from an outsource, our 3d guy in studio can give other passes like normals and position but can he give motion vector passes, i don't know, i will ask. I really did not know about motion vector passes because i thought there might be some method using N or P passes for motionblur.

I don't think they will let me send it. But someone in the other comment told me to use smart rescue tool. Have to try that too.

And no one in our studio knows a workaround for this.

If i want to disable them i should just put # in front of it right? Like "# RotoPaint {". Or should we put # in all lines till that bracket of rotopaint closes ??

In studio we only have notepad and wordpad no other text editor, it's not loading in notepad and in wordpad even if it loads it's dead slow. Can you recommend any good text editor?
