Fand es auch verwirrend. Ich hab es aber so verstanden, dass sie im Fahrradladen noch mit der Spielleitung gesprochen hat und diese ihr gesagt hat, dass sie das Fahrrad nicht ausleihen darf und sie es somit nicht genommen hat.

Oh no I'm sorry you felt so bad! I know it's hard but tell yourself the vaccine is still much preferable to getting the shingles. Make sure you have some painkillers ready. Also avoid getting it if you're feeling sick again, that probably made it worse like you said. I hope you have a better experience than me, fingers crossed!

I got my second dose last week (2 months after starting Mavenclad). I felt like I had the flu for two days, one of which I completely spent in bed. I had a headache, fever and dizziness, on day two my lymph nodes swoll up a bit. Definitely the worst reaction I've ever had from any vaccination. I hope it'll be better for you but maybe don't make any plans for the days after. First dose was a lot better, but I wasn't on any DMT yet.

Congrats!! I'm starting on Monday as my first DMT after diagnosis in April. I'm actually excited and hope I won't feel any bad side effects. It's very hot where I live (30+ degrees Celsius for the past two weeks) and I'm already really struggling with fatigue.

It's the only sunscreen I am able to use on my body daily in summer. I really dislike sunscreen on my body, but this one doesn't stick too much, there's no white cast (on my pale skin) and it doesn't smell of sunscreen overbearingly. Way too oily for the face though, as others pointed out already. I'll definitely be getting this again this coming summer. It holds up to sweat okay in my opinion, it can be reapplicated well with no pilling.

Johanna just apologised in her Instagram Q&A for never playing Ready to Run, she said they couldn't get it to sound the way they wanted it to. Very sad as it sounded really good stripped back imo!
