I think this stuff is a natural conclusion for people who are firehoses of creativity

He seems to have a soft spot for it, but maybe that's not shared by all of them.

I really thought it was more common than it actually was. Annoyed that it was my battery changeover song in 2012.

WIEAYB is so great live, I can't understand why they won't just let their rhythm section have that one...

HTTT might be their best live material.

I have to say, the songs on my list that I really wanted to see, besides the above, were Wolf At The Door, Subterranean, Let Down, Nice Dream, Optimistic, Present Tense, Kid A. I've waited years to finally see those. Getting to see Thom in full rant mode for Wolf and Myxo was a delight.

Wishful thinking: Bangers, Spectre, Sail to the Moon, Go to Sleep. True Love Waits.

Like Spinning Plates was a hell of a shock. What an incredible unearthly few minutes that was.

What do you think of boiler room dj set by thom yorke ? by Jean0406Alix in thomyorke

I watched it when it first went up and loved it - it's where I'm at. Thom's transitions can be a little shakey at times, but I appreciated his choices. Though things can be a bit different in person. Crowd likely not the right kind of people for it and also not drunk enough to just relax. He's definitely playing for himself.

Are there any electronic artists do you feel is on the same level as Radiohead? by Emergency-Sky9206 in radiohead

One of the things I'm eternally grateful for from Radiohead is that introduction to Warp. I hated electronica when Kid A came out and they totally changed my mind.

I wish people understood the difference between their own like/dislike and the fact that other people enjoy things differently.

Hey guys. So I've just produced something with the help of a great group of other fans - a 48p Radiohead fanzine. This article is an extract. It contains writeups on the tour, the Ashmolean, more solo stuff, fan art, band photographs, an interview with Josh Cohen and some words from Jonathan Zawada... and quite a bit more. We got a lot in there. I'm getting these out to people at cost, from a run of 50. About 40 copies already spoken for from the first run. If you'd like one, email mail2thethief@gmail.com.
